Sirius XM Holdings shares were barely higher pre-market Thursday after the company reported Q1 earnings of $0.04 per share, up from $0.03 per share in the same period a year ago and matching the consensus estimate of $0.04 per share provided by Capital IQ.
The company also reported Q1 revenue of $1.29 billion, up from $1.20 billion in the same period a year ago and also matching the average estimate. The company also reaffirmed its guidance issued in January for 2017 full-year revenue of approximately $5.3 billion, about in line with the $5.36 billion mean estimate. Separately, Sirius XM said it acquired Automatic Labs, a San Francisco-based provider of connected vehicle services. Financial terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
